Meet the team.

The Adaptify team brings extensive expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance software industry. With decades of experience across carrier operations, enterprise platforms, and product innovation, the team has built and scaled solutions that power some of the industry’s most complex systems. Collectively, they hold over 23 patents in enterprise software and AI.

Anil Annadata

Founder & CEO

Anil Annadata is the Founder and CEO of Adaptify, where he leads the company’s vision and strategy to modernize insurance product development through intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions.

Before founding Adaptify, Anil was the Founder and CEO of CodeObjects (acquired by Insurity), a cloud-native, fully configurable platform for policy administration, billing, and claims. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), where he led the company’s largest product line, generating over $1 billion in license revenue.

Anil holds 23 patents, reflecting his deep commitment to solving complex business challenges through innovation. He is especially passionate about applying AI to drive growth, efficiency, and transformation across the property & casualty insurance industry.

He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Outside of work, Anil enjoys traveling and staying active through golf and pickleball.

Deepak Menon

Senior Vice President

Deepak Menon is a seasoned insurance executive with over 30 years of experience, primarily on the carrier side leading strategic growth across underwriting, distribution, product management, and operations. As Senior Vice President at Adaptify, Deepak leverages his deep carrier-side expertise to help insurers modernize their processes and accelerate product innovation.

Prior to Adaptify, Deepak served as Chief Operating Officer at GeoVera Holdings and Chief Revenue Officer at UPC Insurance, where he led nationwide expansion, launched high- impact product initiatives, and helped grow the company from $250M to $1.4B in sales.

Deepak holds an MBA in Finance, is a CPCU and ARM designee, and is passionate about helping insurance organizations adapt faster and smarter in an evolving industry. During his free time, he enjoys motorcycling, traveling, and watching motorsports.

Ash Naik

Vice President, Products

Ash Naik is an experienced product and technology leader with over two decades of success delivering AI-powered, cloud-native solutions across insurance and enterprise software. Ash leads the vision and execution behind Adaptify’s platform, driving innovation in insurance product development, pricing analysis, and regulatory transformation.

Previously, Ash led product innovation at AAIS (American Association of Insurance Services), where he launched AI-ready insurance programs across 51 jurisdictions. He has also held leadership roles at Microsoft, Dell-EMC, and multiple startups. Ash holds an MBA from the University of Washington and is a frequent speaker on AI in insurance. In his free time, he writes and dabbles in the kitchen if not riding a motorcycle.
